Our Classes

The studio runs daily classes, where all levels are welcome. But if you’re a total beginner then we offer basic classes to help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body.

About Aya

Aya is a Feminine Mystic and a practicing Shaman who is here to serve humanity by offering her unique way of being. She comes from a Caribbean and Native American lineage of Shamans. She is brave and bold in the way she allows herself to be medicine for the community. Sharing her story and compassion.
